At Volney, all members of our staff are implementing PBIS Strategies in all areas of the building. In order to strengthen our procedures, we have made it a priority to make sure that all grade bands and stakeholders are represented as a part of our PBIS Tier 1 team. Each member of the team helps maintain the behavior expectations throughout the many different locations in our school by providing positive feedback and reinforcements to our Scholars. Tier 1 members at Volney Rogers Elementary School consists of: members of student support, administrators, teachers from each grade band, special education teachers, and family members.
